RICHARD SEMAN, ESQ. of Counsel

Mr. Seman is an attorney licensed in the State of Ohio. Mr. Seman serves as Of Counsel to the firm and heads its civil and criminal litigation division.

SYLVIA ROLDAN,
Paralegal/Manager of Hispanic Division

Ms. Roldan is a Senior Paralegal, heads our Hispanic Division, and serves as Mr. Herman's Executive Assistant. She has been with the firm since 1998. Ms. Roldan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Metropolitan University in Puerto Rico, and is also a graduate of the Sawyer Business College. Fluent in Spanish.

COLGA SONIS
Paralegal/Manager of Russian & Ukrainian Division

Ms. Sonis is a Senior Paralegal and heads our Russian/Ukrainian Division. Ms. Sonis has been with the firm since 1995. Ms. Sonis holds a Masters Degree in Education from Tashkent University in Uzbekistan. She is also a graduate of the Sawyer Business College Paralegal Program. Fluent in Russian and Uzbek.

CDR. KIMBERLY CHEN
Director of Asian and Health Care Divisions

Dr. Chen serves as Director of our Asian Division, as well as the Director of the Health Care Division working closely with hospitals, physicians, researchers and nurses on their immigration issues. Dr. Chen is a licensed physician who holds a medical degree from Kansas City Medical School and interned at Akron City Hospital. Dr. Chen also holds a degree in psychology from Florida State College. Dr. Chen has been with the firm since 1998. She serves on the board of Evergreen Nursing Home. Dr. Chen is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.

JOAN LIN (Chiao Hong Lin)

Ms. Lin is our Market Research Analyst and liaison with our Asian clientele. Ms. Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Tourism degree from Ming Chuan University. Ms. Lin joined the firm in December of 2001. Fluent in Mandarin, Fiukien, and other Southern Chinese Dialects.

Paralegal
